Game of the States

Our friend Emily loaned us this game since we have been studying about the States. We have had a lot of fun with it! While playing it you have to travel from state to state and buy different commodities from them and then go deliver them to another state. Our whole family has enjoyed playing it and it has helped us learn where different states are better.
Do you know of any other neat games for learning geography?

  2. We have several puzzles that have states and also one magnetic one too. Mark loves geography too.

  3. We had a couple of puzzles, a game called pirate and traveler, Axis & Allies, and th old Risk(but those last two might be too hard with your age group). I learned more geography from those games then any of our geography books.

  4. Traveling helps a lot. Benjamin has an excellent knowledge of geography for his age. Although you should probably have a better excuse then just for the kids to learn geography.= )

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. I really enjoy it when you join in the conversation.

If you have a question please feel free to ask and I will attempt to answer it (if I can!) as I have time.
