This smells good and tastes better. This peanut butter and honey on homemade bread was delicious! I am also enjoying it be the spoonful. Ken laughs at us for eating peanut butter that way but we really like it!
The coconut peanut butter is very smooth and it doesn't separate like other natural peanut butters it is at a fairly warm temperature. It isn't really easily spread however as it is rather stiff. Wow! I've never tried coconut PB, but wouldn't that make some spectacular cookies! BTW, I love Tropical Traditions coconut oil. It's the only brand I use. I'd love to try some other products.

ReplyDeleteI'm looking for an alternative to the skippy natural peanut butter we presently use. I hate to buy a whole jar of something and then not like it. But a free jar means that we can try it, and if we like it, continue to buy it!

When I first saw the title, without having read the post, I wondered if you had discovered how to make this. I still wonder if it would be possible to take some coconut oil and blend it with peanut butter. You would probably need to melt it first. If I don't win, maybe I'll try doing that.
