a receiver

 "What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?" 1 Corinthians 4:7

When I was reading this lately I found it to be such a great reminder. So often we can get caught up in thinking about what "I" can do, forgetting that every breath is a gift from God. All things came from Him. Without God there would be absolutely nothing! He deserves all our gratitude and praise and we have no room to boast about what we do.
