reading
the
book
"Andi Unexpected" by Amanda Flower. It
is a juvenile
fiction; however,
I had
agreed
to review
it,
and
I found
it
pretty
fun.
Some
of my kids
read
it
after me, and
they
have
also
enjoyed
it.
The book is a fictional story about Andora (known as "Andi") Boggs. She and her older sister Bethany, with whom she didn't get along very well, went to live in a small Ohio town with their unique Aunt Amelie after their parents' death.
Andi gets to know a neighbor boy, Colin Carter, and soon they turn up a mystery to work on together. Andi, when cleaning out the attic to make turn it into her own room, uncovers a trunk which has her own name on it but obviously is from many, many years ago. Who is this Andora Boggs?

I thought this was a fine book for kids. Some of the benefits that I saw in it were:

- Lessons on respecting others.
- Lessons on caring about others.
- Learning more about how a museum works.
- Good clean fun.
